Milepost Filings provides a BOC-3 filing service with blanket process-agent coverage in all 50 states and DC, for interstate motor carriers, brokers and freight forwarders. Our BOC-3 service is built around a straightforward process: retrieve your company record, review the details, pay once, and track the filing to completion.

How the filing works

You enter your USDOT number and we retrieve the company record from public FMCSA data.

You confirm or correct the details and accept the Terms and Refund Policy.

You pay $45 through Stripe checkout.

We send the filing request for processing and keep your order status updated.

We email you and post the document when the filing is completed.

Milepost Filings is a private filing service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or the U.S. Department of Transportation. We do not grant operating authority and we do not act for any government agency. We do not describe ourselves as the registered blanket process-agent company.
