UCR 2026, handled correctly.
Milepost Filings files your Unified Carrier Registration for the 2026 registration year. From $96.00, all in.
I.The registration, in brief
- What it is
- Unified Carrier Registration is an annual registration administered by the participating states. It is separate from your USDOT registration and separate from a BOC-3, and it is owed again every year.
- Who owes one
- Interstate motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders and leasing companies. A broker or forwarder with no vehicles of their own still registers, at the lowest bracket.
- What it costs
- The registration fee is set by the states from your power-unit count. We pass that fee through in full and charge our own service fee on top, shown separately before you pay.
II.What 2026 costs

III.What happens after you pay
We submit the registration to your base state, then email you when it is recorded, with the state’s own receipt on your order page. We do not file anything before payment clears, and we do not charge before we can quote you a figure.
